ILI is open to educators of color with at least four years of experience working in independent schools. To apply, please submit your resume, two letters of references (one must be from a supervisor), and a personal statement (no more than 2 pages) explaining why you would like to attend ILI. Please send your personal statement and references to INFO@ILINYC.org by April 1st.
